Looking forward to your report of the journey.
Yeah, same here - I wish I would have put down the money for this, because I sure as hell need a break from Winter weather... but at the same time I'm trying to save up some dough for some serious festival action just a few months away. Take some pictures and make me jealous, Katy Perry!

HOLY SHIT. Ive seen Pinkerton live, but not with the lot of those before it. And they did Blast Off! before Blue the day before looks like it. I bet this is a great time.
Hear you me...My-y-kel. Hear you me...Car-ar-li.
I was so sad when they died.![]()
They covered Paranoid Android on the first night (Deck show) and rocked a version of Los Angeles by Frank Black at the 3rd show. Will upload some photos when I get back to Chez Ronnie later (and fill you in a bit more on the fest), but I had a great time.
Looks like a great setlist. Can't wait to hear more.
More! Looks like an excellent time.
i need to get hep to whatever version of this happens next year. Glad you went to represent.
Nobody tempted by the R Kelly cruise?

So, what were all of Weezer's setlists? Did they do The Blue Album in full? Looks like you had a blast. Were booze included in the price? or extra?
Upcoming Shows:
Pitchfork Festival: 7/19 @ Union Park
Mountain Oasis Festival: 10/25-27
I definitely need to go on that if they do it again. I kept seeing Rivers' updates and getting sad that I wasn't there.
Booze wasn't free, but they did their own craft beer on board that was relatively cheap compared to the usual domestic shit. I spent under $100 over the 5 days, $20 of which was on merch.

Wow, lucky...Pinkerton twice eh? How were the performances? Good look like they were in good spirits? Party vibe?
Upcoming Shows:
Pitchfork Festival: 7/19 @ Union Park
Mountain Oasis Festival: 10/25-27
All 3 were good fun. Band were in good spirits and mingled when they were not playing. Crowd were all pretty cool. Never felt crowded. Nobody lost overboard (as far as I am aware). Theme nights were quite good fun. I went to mixology with Wavves and made them drink a hideous cocktail in revenge for their Primavera performance (it's the little things).
It's so awesome that they played Los Angeles! Pat even sounds quite a bit like frank, but I really wish Rivers had sang it.
Weezer Cruise was incredible. Epic time. And Weezer was great. Better than most bands you'll see at Coachella, that's for sure.
But Sebadoh and DinosaurJr owned the cruise.
here are photos: http://digunderrock.com/?p=2803
Oddly enough they were terrible when they played Coachella. They're normally pretty great, though.
I've actually found Weezer puts on a better live performance each time I see them. Which is weird because their music has pretty much gone in the opposite direction.
