An interesting Frontgate fuckup..

For the record, I love the Frontgate system, had no problems last year, and had zero problems purchasing this time too..

BUT.


when i click on 'view receipt' in 'order history' my WEEKEND ONE ticket (verified by the date of the festival pass) says "Coachella Weekend Two Receipt" at the top of the page.

something else interesting, my receipt for my 2010 ticket purchased in january ALSO says "Coachella Weekend Two Receipt" which is odd, because i don't recall there being a Coachella Weekend Two this year...

Talk about a fuck up. If i showed up to the will call with a receipt from Frontgate that says WEEKEND TWO RECEIPT and the receipt says PAID under all layaway payments, and remaining balance zero, I'd be pretty annoyed at being denied access to the festival..

Maybe fix this mistake? I've already printed out MY receipts..

alright, i figured out the glitch.. if Frontgate or any mod gives a shit.


when you first go to the Frontgate site, you choose weekend one or two. if i choose weekend one, every receipt for every coachella ticket ever purchased on Frontgate says WEEKEND ONE on every receipt (even if it's a receipt for Weekend Two).

if you choose weekend two, every receipt will say WEEKEND TWO (even if it's a receipt for Weekend One).

Two weekends require special attention to prevent the kinda fuckups this is gonna lead to..any person picking up passes via will call is gonna get fucked if they bring the wrong receipt with the correct Weekend heading, or vice versa..
