Sandbox will ship a bit after the coachella passes go out. At least that's how it works with them for events with conventional tickets.

Looks like you just have to keep waiting. Refreshing your page might put you back at the end of the line. Or try the radiohead site like people are saying.

So 10:30 rolls around and I finally made it through checkout for weekend 1. Score! No. I clicked secure checkout and was handling all the billing information when the page just randomly decides to change and say "an unknown error has occured, please refresh and try again"

... Click refresh,

back in line for weekend 1. FUCK MY LIFE.

Same thing happened with me. I have a confirmation email, order#, everything. I assume that means it's a go, right?

I think each additional standby page you have open, on the same browser at least, is linked to the same spot in line. Notice how you don't have to type in the security lettering after the first time you access the page.

After waiting for 90 minutes I closed my browser, erased chrome's cache, navigation history and cookies, then I tried again to get tickets for weekend 1 and voila! no waiting time, no red boxes. I went straight into the purchasing page.
