Nice read. I especially agree with the comment that people that move next to music venues shouldn't be making noise complaints because they knew what they were getting into before they moved.

My old roommate just moved next to the New Parish in Oakland and although he has to deal with some late night noise, he is getting to see free shows which was an incentive to move. He just got to see Dave Chappelle earlier this week.
