So, my friends are getting married this weekend and I need to get them a gift. I always seem to find the coolest links through boardies. Can anyone suggest something?

Our registry was through a travel company. People were able to buy us drinks on the ship, special dinners, sailing excursions, etc. I'd say about half of our guests (mostly on my side) did the registry. The other half did it old school--cash in a card. We were basically able to pay for our entire honeymoon with the registry and the cash we had on hand made up for the extra night's fancy meals, paid for an extra night's fancy hotel room, tips, cabs, etc. It was so great to have that money on hand.

Not creative, but very helpful. Also, cute couple and website. They also look very young. They probably need it.

Seconded. On all three points. Also, anything that supports what they like to do. Neato gifts are neat, but unless you got a shit ton of money, useful gifts are better. But this is just my opinion.

lol, actually I already have a boyfriend, I just meant I wanted a party where my friends give me cash and kitchen gadgets. I just don't want to get married again, it makes it way too difficult to break up. Who wants paperwork to end a relationship?

We have stuff like a camel ride to the pyramids, a desert bedouin camp at the wadi rum, a day in Petra, etc. listed. Without this honeymoon registry, the trip would not have been possible. We already have dishes, cutlery, microwave, couch, dining set, etc. etc. We dont need 14 toasters and another few sets of cutlery.

Basically, what Jen said. Cash. If it was delivered in a Pinata, that would be an excellent bonus.
