That's funny, I loved this song right away. Especially that gorgeous bridge. Or maybe it's actually the chorus? The video isn't that compelling, but they're obviously going somewhere with it. I'm not sure how people can speak with such certainty about the narrative of these videos after the last crazy series. I think there's more to it than "Jonna's a prostitute".

I think some very clever sleuth may be on to something. I can't remember where I read this yesterday, but I didn't bother googling Alraune until today. Not suggesting that iamamiwhoami is following this plot to the letter, but it certainly does seem to have been an inspiration. Then there's the obvious tie-in to the mandrake plant which was integral to the narrative of the previous video serious. Hmm...

Legend
The basis of the story of Alraune dates to the Middles Ages in Germany. The humanoid-shaped Mandrake root or Mandragora officinarum was widely believed to be produced by the semen of hanged men under the gallows. Alchemists claimed that hanged men ejaculated after their necks were broken and that the earth absorbed their final "strengths". In some versions, it is blood instead of semen.
