I didn't forget. I gave her change for a $20, and ran her friends credit card, and then instead of hunting down 12 cents I didn't have I dropped there stuff off, and went back to waiting on the other customers I still had. I wasn't trying to make 12 cents off her, It's just not an important amount of change to slow down service for.

I didn't say you forgot, in fact, I said that if you merely forgot than that would have actually help me empathize with you. Instead you knowingly withheld change and was then surprised that the customer was unhappy with their service which seems absurd to me. I also agree with Algunz, either this girl really was a little bitch or you just gave bad service. I'd give you the benefit of the doubt but you make it very difficult to.

it's not about the 12 cents you fucking penis wrinkle. You should learn how to consolidate your time. your chilis can't be that busy to where you can't give someone change. If the bar is too busy yo ulook to a fellow co worker and ask for a quarter. Takes five seconds.

Never said the place makes me unhappy. In fact I already mentioned the place is a great busy location and pretty much everybody that works here makes money regardless of the kids we deal with during the summer than hardly ever drop a penny. I've said the last few years I was coming back to Coachella and I will next time. I just need to keep check which week most of the board is going. Was going to Lolla but it's sold out.
