Tonight at the Sapphire ultra lounge in OKC..
I thought it was funny how badly this car was parked and how it was covered in mud so I took a picture. When I was leaving the club there was a fairly obvious dude in drag chilling in this car. Asked me if he could use my phone. I think maybe this car is stuck there. Let him make two calls cause I am super nice and helpful. Didn't take a picture of him because I again.. am too nice.

Early in the evening we got visted by a local homeless guy that was the only person on the dance floor. He would clap really loud and off beat. Also watched him flipping off the guys at the bar. Then the random ass roller derby girls showed up. There was about 8 of them promoting some local events. They hung out and danced to the breaks my friend was spinning. That was awesome and funny. The night ended with the manager bullshitting about how the cops found a minor and wanted them to shut down early. He was full of shit. Just mad that it was a slow thursday night. Well no shit it was a slow night fucking Harry Potter just came out bitches.

I pass this every time I drive to Laughlin, NV. I have never stopped, however. Now they are putting other crap, like stuffed animals, on the fence, too.

We were headed home from EDC in Vegas this year and saw this shoe graveyard! How the Hell do you not stop when you spot this in the middle of bum-fucked Egypt?

And, after the dancing the shit out of my thongs that weekend, it only seemed appropriate to leave what was left of them...

If it hadn't of been almost 116* that day, I might have had to stay and try to find the originals that started this graveyard.

You may be interested to know that that was likely a young specimen from the Lymantriidae family of moths. My guess would be the Western Tussock Moth.



(I'm kind of tangentially interested in entomology... I don't really make it a point of regular study, but usually just feel a weird need to try to identify interesting bugs and caterpillars that I come across. Or caterpillars that other people come across. Because I am insufferable like that.)
