Really? That's awesome. Going to try to make it to 3 of those shows. Will kind of depend on the schedule, though.

This guy really needs to make it over to the states.
Love this track. Can't wait to hear it played out.
Yes and yes. Someone pick up Blawan asap! I've put on the Boiler Room mix several times in the last few weeks just to hear his new stuff played out.
waka waka
I have had that track stuck in the back of my head ever since his boiler room set was released.

Simply superb. I hope he is one of the names added to that decibel line up. If they know what is good for them they'll get on it. I am so excited to be going this year. There are many artists on that bill I am unbelievably excited about (and have never seen before). I mean... Andy Stott. Nuff said.

Thank you all, for the 60 pages of next-level tunes by incredible artists to peruse in the upcoming months
There are few things in this life that kindle the raging fire of a massive hard-on in my loins or fill my scrot with a more vigorous tumescence than Kompakt:
'06, '07, '08, '09, '10, '11, '13.1
LAST.FM
Finally found that ridiculous remix of Nude DJ Hyperactive dropped when he opened for Surgeon back in February:
I think he added quite a bit more reverb to the vocals because I remember them just fucking howling away. Either way, awesome tune.
Just booked my flight to New York. Artists I will see while there:
Kollektive Turmstrasse
Shifted
Kassem Mosse (and possibly Christopher Rau)
Dj Sprinkles extended set
Jan Jelinek
Ben Klock b2b w/ Marcel Dettmann
Perc
Sepalcure
And probably a lot more. Beyond fucking excited... kind of want to move there permanently haha..
thanks for posting the Abdulla Rashim, really digging it !

Dubfire's new essential mix
How minimal is it? My guess is: essentially not at all.

I don't keep up enough to know if this has been posted. Someone threw it on my FB wall and it's hitting the spots. I think I need to craft my own techno bunker with punishingly loud speakers so I can hear this shit proper. /thingsi'ddoifisoldmysoulforobsceneamountsofcash
I love Perc Trax. Very excited for the showcase next saturday.
So Kollektive Turmstrasse was awesome yesterday - Played relatively early (7pm) so there was plenty of room to dance. Plus it was an outdoor location with a cookout on a beautiful day. Fucking perfect.
Am I the only one who finds Nina Kraviz ridiculously boring? She headlined but everyone was just talking through her set because it was fucking lame. Aril Brikha was pretty good though. Happy him and KT did live sets.
People seem to either loathe or love Nina.

I hate Nina Kraviz because I find her productions are contrived and gimmicky and she can't dj particularly well,
anyways, I'm really obsessed with Other Heighs lately, so many good labels from Belgium...

HEIKO LAUX.
Wow.
And Nina Kraviz is horrendous.

I was at that party last night. She has decent track selection and her mixing skills aren't bad, but she doesn't seem to understand that there is pacing and momentum that needs to be developed within a mix. It seems she chooses the easy route to mixing and waits for the last part in a track where there is plenty of room to blend the next track. I got bored and left during the first half of her set.

I am thoroughly stoked for Shifted on the 16th. I really do need to take a break from going out daily ever since DEMF though. I finally shut down and walked away from some bass party last night after about a half hour of being there. I'm aiming to stick to one thing a week. Next week is Joris+ Nic and loco dice.
