i love that track Gospel, MJA! So huge!
It's important to bone to this song at least once in your life:
5/25-5/27: MOVEMENT DETROIT
6/6: The Field @ The Independent
6/26: Colin Stetson @ The Chapel
I prefer Farina for boning music. (I know this isn't minimal.)
Ahhhhh this song is so fucking good.
Some cuts from "Feiern", a mid-noughties documentary about the techno scene in Berlin (when minimal was at the peak of its popularity) - well worth a watch and I'm sure its kicking about somewhere on the interent.
Plastikman - **** Pong
Dntel - Dream of Evan and Chan (Superpitcher Kompakt remix)
Seelenluft - Manila (Ewan Pearson remix)
This movie looks epic as fuck
Kevin Saunderson dropped this on FB today
sounds fucking amazinghey FB peoples - we got a very special weekend of HTS parties, PotatoHead Bali friday and Zouk Singapore Saturday - Derrick & me performing together, 6 decks, two mixers, drum machine, keyboards, gonna be great - hoping to see y'all
Rhythm is a dancer.
Good thread. All this morning and last night i've been listening to Skinnerbox, their EP thay just came out on Bpitch control is really good. It's kind of like funky house meets minimal, other tracks are great too.
New Villalobos single is enjoyable, didn't love it as much as Peculiar though...
John Tejada's new single on Kompakt is killing it for me too right now.
And last night I stumbled upon this treasure, I've been listening to the on villalobos vs. haze track off it forever, but finally downloaded the whole thing.

This thread really makes me want to go back to Berlin as well. Everywhere in America seems to pale to the likes of Berghain and Tresor![]()
