I have hit a platform. I have hovered between 180 and 185 for a couple of weeks now (currently at 183). I am still fitting into my pants better though as time passes so I am probably burning fat and gaining muscle. I don't think getting below 175 would look good on me, so I have adjusted my goal accordingly.

It's where I work out. No bs or fancy stuff, just straight working out. It's love or hate really, but I love it. Brick Crossfit is actually pretty good too (Andrea Ager is a trainer there and works out at our gym quite a bit she is third in the games rankings right now.) And Valley Crossfit has a bunch of badasses too. Ignore the prices on the website.
