    Dear Ticketbastard,

I would love to talk about this world class service you guys pride yourself on, which is complete BS. Ticketmaster never sent me an email saying my tickets were printed or sent and I bought the tickets on 3/11, still haven't seen them. What is complete BS is the fact that I can't pick up my tickets instore because you need the card originally bought from, my bank account was being screwed over because of Chase's new polices being transfered over from WAMU. I asked if they could credit another account so I could use that card to pick up my tickets.

This is the response I got "Why would you cut up your card? I guess you're screwed..." I replied with a "no when I closed my account the bank asked for my card back, they don't want you using their card."
The dumbass replies "that if they credit my account that is closed that Chase will refund my money to my new account."

First off how would chase know which bank I switched to and do they know my account number, no.

The manager whom I spoke with was a total bitch and was using conversation constipator tactics and working in a circular fashion, spoke with her for 30 mins going no where. I asked for her name to complain and got no email which she said she was sending. I don't want to hear "I'm sorry I can't do anything to make this situation better." F you...

I have never had such bad customer service in my life and it's a joke you guys pride your self in "world class customer service"

I'm now rethinking ordering online ever again...

    Sincerely,
    Geno Guerrero

    From the Group Shot thread:

Yeah, it was a good day!
Especially good to meet TommyBoy along with the rest.

Now, to the others (you know who you are) who either avoided, shuddered, or ran from me.....grow the fuck up, get over it and stop being such fucking pussies. If you cant separate internet life from real life then you all have some serious social issues. Oh, and Randy, it was expected as well as a pleasure to see you put your tail between your legs and run.

Scared? I never said anything re: anyone being scared of me. I never used the word "scared". Hmmmmm... You, on the other hand scare me. Once you get that hand swinging, I would imagine it would be like getting hit temple with sledge hammer.
Why do you insist on starting shit captn? Don't you have anything better do?
Please, Just put me on "ignore" and be done with it....

    Dear Elizabeth Fraser:

Who gives a shit that Robin Guthrie is the father of one of your children? Why would it be so hard to perform with him? What would honestly be so terrible about reliving some of those memories? Jack White took Meg's last name when they married. Upon divorce they still played together for a long time. When Jack remarried he had his new wife take Meg's name and Meg was the maid of honor. Sure, they sound infinitely more fucked up than you do but I'm giving an example of people that worked through their differences to play their music. A reformation of the Cocteau Twins is what your fans really want. Your solo work is acceptable so please don't think I'm discrediting you as a solo artist. Actually I don't care about your solo stuff. At all. Your fans just want to hear the real deal. You blue balled Coachella and the other 54 dates for no reason other than irreconcilable differences. You might be tired of forever being tied to Cocteau Twins, but that's too damn bad. You were awesome with them.

I understand that it isn't about the money, but think about the fucking money.
    Thanks,
    Zack

Hey Lyrissa from Chipolte in Glendora.

You smiled and acknowledged that I was still wearing my wrist band right now. I mentioned that it has been hard to cut the cord. You laughed and mentioned that you were in Indio that weekend and had seen many cars decorated for Coachella. I asked if you had gone to the actual festival. You mentioned that you were working and did not have a ticket. You also asked what groups I went to see. I mentioned LCD Soundsystem, Orbital, and The Specials. You mentioned that you had never had heard of any of those groups but wanted to go to see Jay Z and Muse. You mentioned that you had never attended the festival. I recommended that you start putting away 40 bucks every paycheck and you will have enough money come January. You laughed when I mentioned that I would be coming in once a month to make sure you were saving money.

    See you next month.

    Dear Valve,

I like the merch you guys are doing. The plush boomer with the sound FXs is pretty cool. The Heavy models from TF2 are also very rad. However, that shit is mad expensive. No one is going to pay $250 for a fucking Team Fortress toy.

Since we're talking about Valve products that are overpriced, I'd feel wrong about not mentioning L4D2. That shit really should've been an expansion pack.

Seriously, what's up with the price gouging lately? I know Gabe is hungry, but come on. You guys aren't hurting for money. I've seen your offices.

    Sincerely,

    Scott

    Dear AT&T,

I want to wish bad upon you. I don't have the energy, at this moment, to get in to my hatred for you and all that you stand for. Your customer service is a joke, your technicians are rude, unprofessional and flat out liars.

Mark in Arkansas(?), your excluded from this. Thank you for knowing how to do your job and not being rude.

Just because most jackasses are going to church and eating brunch on you doesn't mean that some of us don't have to work and you should just shut down every convenient public transportation route and close everything useful early. Lord's day my ass.

    Dear AEG/Goldenvoice,

Can you adopt some sort of standard parking policy for your AEG Live in Downtown LA? Parking in the exact same lot over the past month I paid, $15, $20, $25 and $30. Some times it was a flat rate, sometimes it was a timed rate, etc.

Also, can you buy some sort of parking booths? It's unverving giving your money to someone who looks like hobo gang banger who just sticks the money in their pocket. How do I know if they are pocketing part of the money or really giving it to you guys?

All in all, I try to not park in your disorgazied lots but unfortunately the people who I go out with don't like to walk blocks so I am forced to use your lousy parking service.

So making it better would be nice.

    Thanks.

    Ardentbiscuit

PS. Maybe you guys are going bankrupt, I don't know. Maybe that's why the parking is so chaotic.

    I agree!

I also think it should be added, if it's a treacherous 1 lane road with no shoulder and blind curves. You probably should be biking it while cars traverse it at 45 miles per hour.

    Dear Amyzzz,
I realize you've made it very clear that I'm on your ignore list, even to the extent of asking others not to quote me so you don't get fooled into reading what you consider offensive.
What I really want to know though, (And I do hope someone quotes this for your viewing pleasure, if not my own pleasure in asking it outright) is what exactly do you consider offensive? The reason I ask is because out of respect for your feelings, I've made a huge attempt to avoid posting anything suggestive, obnoxious, or unacceptable, only to come acrossed a post where you're showing an interest in fisting, or being fucked by some species of animal. What's the deal? And, when did those internet ruless of acceptibility change? Just curious...

    Dear San Gabriel Police Officer.

Thank you. Thank you for being cool and not giving me a ticket today. Seriously, I didn't know that you couldn't make a U-turn on a 4 lane avenue.

I had always thought that the dashed middle lane was also for U-turns in addition to crossing accross the street. Note. You can make a 3 point turn, though it is not encouraged, on a 4 lane avenue.

You remained very pleasant when I started asking questions about it to avoid it from happening again. Thought about offerring you a piece of pizza, but it may not have sounded right.

    Thanks again.

Dear LA Weekly: drop the conservative suburban NIMBY agitprop. It's bad politics, bad journalism, and bad business. Our local leaders are very unsatisfying but your churlish, unfunny attempts to mock them signify nothing. The city deserves better. Change and you'll regain a degree of cultural relevance.

Dear elderly couple in the park,
I thought it was cute when you walked out of your house across the street from the park holding hands over to swing on the swings this evening. I also thought it was cute when you teeter-tottered movements later. I’m pretty sure you’ve got the part in the next Viagra commercial. Don't sweat it.

    Dear Matador Records,

You can fucking blow me. For serious. It was annoying when, on July 5th, you didn't announce any more bands, even though you said you would, and the flyer clearly indicated that would be the case. Anyway, that wasn't a big deal.

However, this morning, when tickets went on sale, you guys fucking blew it. You allowed people to purchase up to 16 tickets at once, which was clearly not what was supposed to happen. Because of this, and other general fuckedupedness, I was not able to get a ticket.

Also, the last day of your festival was my birthday, so it was going to be super awesome.

Instead, I'll spend my birthday crying, alone, in a ditch somewhere.

Fuck you guys. First MC Paul Barman, and now this? We're done.
