I would love to talk about this world class service you guys pride yourself on, which is complete BS. Ticketmaster never sent me an email saying my tickets were printed or sent and I bought the tickets on 3/11, still haven't seen them. What is complete BS is the fact that I can't pick up my tickets instore because you need the card originally bought from, my bank account was being screwed over because of Chase's new polices being transfered over from WAMU. I asked if they could credit another account so I could use that card to pick up my tickets.
This is the response I got "Why would you cut up your card? I guess you're screwed..." I replied with a "no when I closed my account the bank asked for my card back, they don't want you using their card."
The dumbass replies "that if they credit my account that is closed that Chase will refund my money to my new account."
First off how would chase know which bank I switched to and do they know my account number, no.
The manager whom I spoke with was a total bitch and was using conversation constipator tactics and working in a circular fashion, spoke with her for 30 mins going no where. I asked for her name to complain and got no email which she said she was sending. I don't want to hear "I'm sorry I can't do anything to make this situation better." F you...
I have never had such bad customer service in my life and it's a joke you guys pride your self in "world class customer service"
