I know a lot of people didn't like his set in 08... but it blew me away. I fully support his return. And I double sign Brad's 3 hour set in the mojave suggestion.
Not to get greedy but I would add that Chris Cunningham should be invited to do all the visuals for Mr. James to keep the spirit of this year's coachella performance collaborations (i.e. animal collective + black dice...).
Also, landing Aphex Twin will be the key to lock Portishead as well...DO IT GV!
that manchester track has been around for almost 4 years now. i hope his new album, if ever is released, will sound like that.
The '08 set was fucking AMAZING. We were discussing it in another thread recently and it prompted me to download it and re listen to it. He fucking deconstructed dance music right in front of us. it was not at all what i ever expected from an Aphex Twin set, but it was extremely fulfilling.

I would love to see Aphex Twin. Richard has made so much incredible music, just seeing him in person would be exciting for me.
We're here to play some Mississippi Delta Blues. We're in a horrible depression, and I gotta admit - we're starting to like it.
Thank you, Dorkfish!
