I'm so excited to see everyone in just 13 days!

All the old homies get to new the new ones a la movement 2012.

And the conference lineup and topics astound me. No afters for me.

Yeah, I still haven't bought any afters tickets so I'm out on that front, I think. Not sure yet if I can get that Thursday off work, but I'm definitely taking that Friday.

Thanks, this will help me make a better decision around game time.

It seems some of these conferences are a little too technical for me but I like that they have a conference for beginners on Ableton. I might just attend that and if inspired maybe hit the Building Home Studios On A Budget conference . The Creating the OK GO Brand and Imagery w. Mike Rosenthal seems interesting as well.

Do you like Dixon? If you do, you should at least go to the As You Like It party. I'm looking forward to that most of anything outside the regular festival. Also think I'm going to check out the Innerflight one, because I'd really like to see Objekt, and I think Q (the venue) is going to be worth checking out.

What is nice is - well, from what I remember - the conferences don't start until after noon, so it's possible to do after hours parties, get some sleep, make the conference sessions, go to the opticals, get a late dinner, and go to the showcases.

Yeah, that one is the one I'm most likely to go to. But as it stands I don't know that I'll be able to stay up that late, so I'm not planning on it.

I believe in your ability to stay up late. You can always sleep in late the next day, right?

I'm trying to phrase this in the most innocuous way possible: I don't think anything will be keeping me up late.

False alarm. I remembered it wrong. No new after party events but special guests TBA.

Well, the Innerflight after hours definitely has a special guest to be added, and the Roman Flugel one at Q still has more lineup to be announced. Terrence Parker was not on the original announcement for the Icee Hot party (originally said TBA guest).

Geezus. I just noticed that they've given set times for most of the official after hours parties already. dB is so on the ball that I can't even process it.

I still haven't decided about after hours yet. Maybe that'll be a game time decision as long as the ones I was considering don't sell out.

Yea, I'm definitely going to at least some of the Innerflight one. Really eager to check out Q, too. Probably gonna see part of the Ostgut Ton one, and then bounce over to Innerflight. Will kind of depend on whether they post set times for Innerflight.

Hopefully I'm not kicking myself in the ass for missing the red eye after party (depending who the special guest is). I'm already catching Objekt and the rest of that bill does nothing for me so I purchased Ostgut tickets.

I hope to check out Q as well. I'm thinking I'll be there Sunday night for a while.

Yea, I'm skipping the regular showcase that is at Q, and don't think I'll make it to the Sunday one (I'd mainly like to see 214 who is on the same time as Public Lover at Neumos). The RBMA showcase is sounding interesting though. There are conflicting details about when it will be and whether it's extra or not, but on the FB page they're saying it will go from 10PM until at least 7AM. Would like to see that live Dave Aju set.
