This one got me through some really hard times.
Particularly during my parents divorce, which was sorta like my version of the American military action in Vietnam.

Fuck you all. Consider this my resignation.

I love how all your putdowns are hackneyed as fuck but you deliver them as if you really believe they are witty and that you arent a huge cocksniff doing the Insecurity Strut around a festival message board (of all places).
It's the kind of blind, bafflingly ignorant self-confidence an 8th grader would be embarrassed to have yet you charge straight into the breach every time, pathetic as fuck and mistaking flinging your own shit for world class snark even though most of the shit doesnt clear the Two Foot mark.
You keep trying to bait me on here, but you really suck at it. And in general.
In summation, you're a cunt. Now fuck off.

With our love-we could save the world-if they only knew.
The White Stripes - Elephant
This album delivers song after song. There is just a certain vibe and style to the record that I'm totally feeling. Every single track on this album is Golden. My favorite songs include the following: "Girl You Have No Faith In Medicine", "There's No Home For You Here", "Little Acorns" into "Hypnotize" and "Black Math". Haha.. I could really name every track on this album as my favorite.
The Stooges - Funhouse
This is my number one album of all time. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I saw them perform the album in its entirety live with Ron Asheton on guitar. Ever since that cool day in October I really can't get enough of this band. This album may hold a spot as a perfect album to me because it has the best guitar player of all time shredding on it, or maybe it's because IGGY FUCKIN POP is a maniac, or maybe because it is recorded by the greatest band of all time. I literally turn up the volume on each consecutive song. BLOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! !!!! !!
Devo - Are We Not Men
Once again this album has a really unique vibe to it. Every single song is awesome. I listen to this on full volume. And to top it off these guys freakin rock live.
The Cramps - The Songs the Lord Taught Us
How do I explain the feeling that this album gives me? It makes me feel crazy. It makes me feel cool. This album is a life changer.
The Violent Femmes - Self Titled
I love this album, listen to it.

Yeah, I'm surprised that after this weekend that wasn't posted in here. Too bad we can't say the same about the Suburbs.

i read from page 1 and was absolutely fucking shocked that no one had mentioned it already. 6 pages. fucking shocked.
perhaps, but the previous pages feature albums that are meh-er than funeral. or at least not as close to "perfect" in its conciseness/cohesiveness.
