    Default How were the shuttles?

Just wondering about how smoothly the shuttles ran after the show ended. Thinking about getting a hotel next year since for the first time in 6 years we had a terrible experience on the camp grounds.

Somebody dinged our car up Friday during the festival and thursday night we had minimal sleep because the couple next to us were yelling at each other from 3 am to 5 am. Always enjoyed camping, but it seems like things are just getting a little too wild nowadays.

Shuttles were amazing. I was able to board at 10:30 AM with just a couple people. There was an endless amount of them making round trips. Didn't wait at all. Everything was organized.

A+. Not a single, even minor complaint.

I've been coming to Coachella since '99, and don't know how I survived all those years without the shuttle system.

It worked perfectly for my group, and I wouldn't ever think of bypassing them in the future. Great addition to my overall Coachella experience.

shuttles were pretty awesome, the legacy villas wasnt the drop off spot for our route but our shuttle driver was down to drop us off there each night after we asked them....the extra walk sucks after 10+ hours of dancing/walking

AWESOME! Shuttles forever! My stress level was at zero knowing I didn't have to drive and park. That was always the worst part of Coachella for me. The buses were on time, the drivers were nice, and the buses were air conditioned.

    Thank you, GV!

Out of the 9 years I've gone, this was the easiest time getting to Coachella.
Shuttles had a direct route with zero traffic. We also had our own entrance which was a short 10 minute walk, and absolutely no wait time getting inside the grounds.
There is NO WAY I'm not buying a Shuttle pass next year.

As GPS said, it was so nice to go in to Coachella stress free UNLIKE EVERY OTHER YEAR...

My 2nd year on the CoachChuttles.

Last year was the Embassy Suites Hotel in Palm Desert, this year was the further out Palm Mountain Resort in Palm Spring, and both experiences were positive.

The Palm Springs pickup was directly right across the street from the hotel which made for an easy in/out. Only thing to keep in mind it's about a 30 - 45 minute ride to & from.

Also met really good people on the bus, including two cute girls from Pomona, to which I fully regret not exchanging info with...Missed connections 2011 thread up yet?

I hope you weren't part of the group on 3am Sunday night that convinced our driver to turn the other direction and drop you guys off first just as he was about to go to our hotel, after we had been on the shuttle a half hour before you. Serious dick move.

The shuttle was still running at 3am? I thought they stopped 90 mins after the music stopped and by my count that would have been around 1:30am.

Did the shuttles run nonstop all day long? Or where there certain times when they would leave each hotel?

They were going well past the 90 minute mark. One driver told me they were actually going til 4am. I'm sure they said "90 minutes" to get as many people going as early as they could.

Reminds me of the one mile checkpoint claim, bet they never intended to do this, GV just wanted to scare off crashers

The shuttles were excellent. Best way to get the fest. Will definitely use them in the future. Great move starting up the Indian Wells Tennis Garden line too.
