Thanks again forr all the appreciation and support. This was the first year i put links up to my flickr set as Coachella was going on and the number of views was a bit mind blowing for me. Once it got linked up to the Coachella fb page, my mind got obliterated. The amount of views at this point, including Stagecoach, is over 625,000. Pretty nutty. It would never have gotten to this point without the years of encouragement from the best message board in the universe. Thanks again.

i loved Camp Herbie so much. One of the best looking camp sites period. Thanks for being patient with me while i tried to get the picture. Hopefully we cross paths again next year.

Back to that thing the not that fat bastard brought up. Taking pictures at Coachella and the edting after is a lot of work. Am i missing out on the fun? Yes, but it's getting replaced by different fun and thrills. Sometimes i feel like a guy who plays guitar in his garage and all the sudden i get to play with my favorite band. i'll practice a lot, take it seriously and try to step up my ability. There is a bit of pressure, a lot of disappointment (way more crappy shots than good) and more than a few thrills over getting cool shots. Every year before the next Coachella i struggle with going back to being a civilian so i can chill and party like Coachellas pre photo pass. One year that will happen. i love Coachella and enjoy exploring it the way i am allowed to. As long as GV will have me, i think i'll keep shooting.

When i do get to go to other festivals or shows and i can't secure a photo pass, it is very nice. When i was at Prince a couple of weeks ago, security was very aware of me and my camera and kept checking me. i enjoyed relaxing and taking in the show. It hurt regularly to see potentially great shots not get taken, but i lived.
