Your best bet is to just sanitize at your desk when you get back or maybe use paper towels to open that bathroom door on the way out.

Sure there are more germs on the door than your junk (I'll take your word for it) but the problem is that if you don't wash your hands and then you shake hands with someone that day it's like they touched your junk and that's just gross. Unless you're shaking hands with your S.O. or something.
