Shuttle Pass Will Call?

sorry...did a search but couldn't find what i was looking for.
i bought a wristband early without a shuttle pass, but turns out all my buddies are hopping on the shuttle so i just picked up a pass yesterday. the only option was will call. i'm assuming i'll just got to the place of the shuttle (JW Marriott) and they'll have my name or something, but anybody know for sure? Thanks.

If it is a JW Marriott shuttle pass, then yes, that is where it will be.

JW Marriott Express Line will call is in the Tour Lobby of the JW Marriott Resort located at 74-855 Country Club Drive, Palm Desert, CA. From the main entrance, continue past the elevators to your right towards the Lobby Shop. The Tour Lobby is past the Lobby Shop on your left.
