Getting to Will Call

Seeing as there's been LOADS of people put out by delays in sending out wristbands and having to change to will call .. how about some transportation being laid on from Palm Springs to enable people to get there at no more extra cost?

We've already paid 20 bucks for UPS delivery that has got stuffed up by Bandmerch .. why should we now pay another 50 bucks each way in a taxi to get from our b&b in palm springs to the tennis gardens to then queue for hours to pick these wristbands up? The least they can do is organise a free bus or something. We're flying in and will be using the shuttles, so have no transportation of our own.

It looks like local bus route 111 runs between Palm Springs and Indio and gets pretty close to the Tennis Gardens. You can see routes and schedules here.

Honestly the people who paid for shipping should call every 5 minutes to try and get a refund. I know I would.

Agreed!! Just found out our wrist bands are at will call now as well! Flying in from Vancouver. What the frack?! Not even a call or an email??

Yea that's what bothers me the most, if I didn't send them three emails asking where my wristband was I would have never known anything. but I'm thankful enough that Willcall opens up on Wednesday now, I would of gone crazy if I had to wait in line all day Thursday.
It's pretty easy to get to Willcall from Palmsprings though that's where my friend and I are coming from as well. I wanna know about my shipping fees getting refunded too!
