I agree with guedita. Moderation is the key to most things at Coachella, although lots of people will tell you otherwise. From experience (not my own, a friend's): your kandi will get coated in dirt and sunscreen and turn a weird matte-oily texture that never goes away. Sometimes they can melt if left in the sun and if you used that clear plastic string it can get weak from the heat and break everywhere. So leave your favorites at home and bring as much as you want to give away.

I don't dress like a total dickhead most of the time, but whenever Coachella rolls around I scour my local thrift stores for that ridiculous looking shirt or goofy-assed pair of shorts to complete my different outfits for the three days.

It's more fun that way - for me, at least.

I have a feeling that with some of the Dj's that are performing it will bring in quite a few ravers, it is a huge scene now. So bring the kandi make friends and exchange the love.
