Alright you guys, I get it.

Can we get back to possible lineup discussion now?

Looking at last year's lineup, a few bands that would make sense to play this year were just there. Not saying it's unlikely they'll reappear, but that group consists of Cults, OFF!, Thee Oh Sees and Cold Cave. I'm hoping out of all of these, OFF! returns.

I can see the following possibly being there:

    Fucked Up
    Atlas Sound
    Zola Jesus
    Trash Talk
    Iceage
    JEFF the Brotherhood
    Tamaryn
    Cloud Nothings
    The Fresh & Onlys
    Pissed Jeans
    Ty Segall

And here's a few more that I'd rather not be there because I'm sick of them touring or playing every music festival:

    Kurt Vile
    Twin Shadow

Cold Cave will probably be there because they're there every year. and OFF! because of Keith's friendship with Sean. This festival isn't really afraid of repeats, so that doesn't really matter.

Ty Segall would be super cool, and I'm really hoping for Fucked Up.

Pulp at FYF will never fucking happen in a million years, but maybe a show. Probably a show.

Actually, I'm a big fan of that.

Obviously meant as a joke making fun of all the fests that are doing these ridiculous clues nowadays.

Someone on the pulp board asked mark webber and there are still no tour plans for america.

Pulp at fyf would double the ticket price, anyway. Well worth it, but...

Hell, if it only meant better facilities, I would be ok with paying more for a ticket.

    $50 if they played.

He would be a gripe everyone would have. Yes, Pulp playing would be major, but at what cost? FYF then is taking away their whole ''dyi'' mystique with doubling the price. They arent showing they care enough about the kids going cause they make it look like they got greedy. Thats what people will say, and then its like FYF is all ''corporate''. Yes, even Goldenvoice was in the same position you can imagine, but they didnt really lose that kind of ''feel'' some events had, cause they didnt just throw people for a loop and asked for double the money for something that was supposed to be a value.

I was making the argument that FYF will be emitting that kind of image if they announce tickets are $50 etc etc.
