umm the Palladium. Don't people complain about that venue?! It's probably the same size as Roseland...but Hollywood Bowl!

It looks like SF lucked out

Ill most likely be taking a train in from SLC. Is Craneway relatively easy to get to from the amtrak station?

    Not really.

They might be doing ferry service, by then (which doesn't help you, though). Otherwise it's a ~3 mile walk or fighting for a cab in Richmond.

I keep forgetting she's also doing Ottawa, Tennessee, and Chicago too.
Let's say she does 3 to 5 shows at each Cali venue. Plus the 3 festivals.

Realistic do have other US shows before she heads to Japan? No?

Bonnaroo Festival 06/13/13 thru 06/16/13 (forget which day she plays)
RBC Bluesfest Sat 07/13/13 Ottawa, ON
Pitchfork Music Festival Fri 07/19/13 Chicago, IL
    ---------
Fuji Rock Festival Sat 07/27/13 Niigata, Japan

I'd assume the Cali dates will be before and after Bonaroo (as the tweet said may/june shows).

She probably doing 1 show at each L.A. venue, considering how large they are. Maybe a couple nights at the Palladium. I highly doubt this ends up being a residency.

EDIT: ALSO, IF THEY END UP BEING WHILE I AM OUT OF TOWN FOR SOLID SOUND I AM GOING TO STAB SOMEONE. Especially after she canceled Primavera last year. Fuck.

She played 5 small/5 large shows in NY. I'm thinking she'll play 2 or 3 nights at Palladium then Hollywood Bowl in June (obviously before she heads to Bonnaroo). Is Palladium the venue that's on Sunset near Amoeba? I remember passing by a venue when I was walking to Amoeba 3 years ago. Anyway the capacity for Palladium is around 3500? They'll set the stage on the floor so the capacity will be cut in half at least. At Roseland Ballroom, I would say less than 1000 people were at the venue even though the venue holds about 3500 people! It'll be pretty intimate. Don't miss it

This is how it was set up at Roseland...

Nope, as noted by tmac. Ever think this stuff wont lead up to Bonnaroo?

1700 Nevin Avenue BART Station (richmond amtrak) - Looks as if this is only a couple miles away from Craneway. Is this a questionable walk alone, during the day?

Goddammit, that song is one of my favorite closers ever. I went fucking apeshit in 07 when she closed with that. Made me want to go find some people and get in amongst 'em.

Worst possible scenario - tickets go on sale Friday the 12th (Coachella weekend 1). Hopefully there would be some kind of presale if that ended up happening.

The Palladium is much smaller, but if you wanna spend some extra money and get a good seat at the Bowl, a show with huge production like this surely will be will be absolutely spectacular there. it's an amazing venue.
