I prefer the weekend 2 setlist as well, probably because they played all the weekend 1 unique songs in Glendale except for EIIRP. I'm aslo not huge on Myxo or Indentikit, and really enjoy House of Cards.
I'm excited to see what they do at Bonnaroo.
Weekend 1 and 2 and Thom's DJ set at the Rolling Stone party today at the riviera. I am one fucking happy man. Thom gave me some info on the possibility of LA dates too
apparently he's playing with modeselektor right now.

Can someone explain a W.A.S.T.E. newbie how to (attempt to) get floor/GA tix? I think I signed up...
1) Find out what day your show's waste presale is.
2) Don't sleep on said day.
3) Buy tickets before they sell out.
I think I signed up a few weeks ago at http://www.waste.uk.com/. I can't find any confirmation e-mail or anything. Am I supposed to receive anything?

This is the shit I need to know. So to be eligible for W.A.S.T.E. presales I need to buy something? There is no simple link on their website that say anything about this. And FYI I bought the In Rainbows DL in 2007 and the newspaper album last year, though I'm not sure if either were through W.A.S.T.E technically.
After reading all this I went back and listened again and yeah I concede maybe 'throwaway' was a little harsh. But best song in a decade? That's just fucking stupid. 75% of In Rainbows is better than that song. 50% of HTTT. 38% of KOL.
It's a nice jam. I dig it. But it's not the best Radiohead song since Kid A/Amnesiac.
That one's better live than on record, but it didn't make the cut to my iPod![]()
As someone who went to the AZ show, the weekend 2 setlist was more satisfying for me. YAWA > Nude > Kid A was so fucking perfect... I wanted them to just keep the bangers coming so when Lotus Flower came on I was a bit disappointed.
Exit Music... FUCK YES. And to the people hating on House of Cards... I dunno, the band KILLED that track Saturday. Had the entire fields in silence. Amazing set.
After the Gold Rush > EIIRP will go down as one of my fav coachella moments ever though.

Hi guys, miss me?
Weekend 2 was better. The first encore was a little lame, but getting YAWA, Kid A and Exit Music was good. Bummed House of Cards didnt have the screens form a house of cards, but making them look like falling cards was good enough irony.
Fuck it: NIN/HTDA/Trent Reznor>IceyHot's sex life
January thru April 29th - The worst time of the year here.
Kid A sounded so good... In AZ it felt a little too sleepy and mashed-together. On the fields it was perfect.
I also REALLY loved the visuals for YAWA. So weird and awesome... One of my favorite songs, so happy to hear it at my favorite place.
