It's so easy to love this thread.
& I really want to hear You And Whose Army? this weekend.
I love how they insist on playing the two most inaccessible tracks from TKOL, every night of this tour.
Musicians: Does the band play to a click track?

Only song I could really do without from TKOL is Give Up the Ghost.

I would say Bloom & Feral are the most inaccessible, though admittedly they have grown on me with repeated listens. I suppose it's because they're both largely rhythm-intensive - the drumming on Feral is pretty cool. And the melodies on Bloom have slowly come out to me.
Neither has the hooks of any other song on the album, though.
why thank you for your 40,262 posts of douchiness. You should like, take a break from the computer or something.
i need to stay away from this thread while in class

Funny how Bloom & Feral are growing on me. Can't say they're my favorites but my internal ratings of them have definitely risen. (Goes for the whole album really.)
Dum question - how are you supposed to properly play these on a record player? they're not normal LP size obviously, they're not 45's...I found myself having to manually place the needle on the edge. I'm doing it wrong huh.
I was listening to the Live at Canal+ Studios version of Packt Like Sardines...never noticed it on the studio recording but the bass sounds lifted straight from Blondie's "Rapture"
Anyone else going to Santa Barbara and concerned about the weather?
Right now Weather.com shows 50% chance of rain.... ugh. Also showers are in the forecast for Coachella Friday. Double ugh.
