    Unhappy Credit card concerns

So, my sister bought me two tickets when the line up first came out with her credit card. But since then she's cancelled that card and wants to transfer the payment to a different card, but she thinks its past the grace period. Is there anything we can do? I'm really depressed about this :[ Has anyone had some luck in similar experiences?

Did she buy them through FrontGate Ticketing or Ticketbastard?

I'm no expert, but she probably should have contacted the agency she bought them through to transfer the payment to another card. I would call Ticketmaster or Frontgate and see if they can help you out with your order number.

Has she received an email saying she is past due? You are lacking details.

my understanding is that there is a 10 day grace period in which the buyer can contact frontgate in order to change billing information... though i could be wrong.

Contact Frontgate if you did the layaway. They're really quick to respond and very helpful.
