1. Arcade Fire open with "Wake Up"
2. Tell Regina Spektor I love her
3. Some how, some way, see Jeff Mangum

2. Damon Albarm and Tom Morello form a supergroup AT the show, getting Flea and Mike Patton involved as well.
3. Somehow getting Tom Waits, The Mars Volta and/or Primus on festival!!!

I'm working on booking them to play Royce hall at UCLA for that express purpose. There's a giant pipe organ there, and it'd be amazing to hear them play the organ based tracks with that beast.
