You have a contract with GV, which they are required to honor. So they have to have a ticket for you.

On the other hand, *you* are also required to honor it - meaning you have to pay the amount required on the days specified, and follow whatever reasonable procedures they have in place for exception cases (like, say, your credit card got stolen and you had it cancelled, etc).
