    Default Layaway tickets are gaurenteed, correct?

    Just making sure, because i bought one full ticket, and two layaways. Just making sure all 3 of us can go.

    they're not guaranteed* unless you have the available funds in your account to make the payments

    from their website: "you have a day 10 window to update your credit card if your card on file is declined..." must call..

    You have a contract with GV, which they are required to honor. So they have to have a ticket for you.

    On the other hand, *you* are also required to honor it - meaning you have to pay the amount required on the days specified, and follow whatever reasonable procedures they have in place for exception cases (like, say, your credit card got stolen and you had it cancelled, etc).
