yes you can, camping passes are per camping spot, the only thing you need to get in there is your festival pass

Nope. The car camping ticket is just to get a car inside the grounds. Anyone can go in and stay as long as they like, probably even just sleep on the ground somewhere.

No no I don't mean in someone's spot, just like over by the Arcade or the Roller Rink thingie. If they have those things again.

i dont remember getting a camping wristband last year but regardless there was no checking to get into the campgrounds for any kind of band last year

Paying for camping pretty much gets you a spot to park and set up your tent. Everyone is allowed to enter the camping area though. The only exceptions is the El Dorado Camping. Read the fucking FAQ.

Edit: And what Dani said: you need somewhere to park. They will tow your ass.
