If I met Skrillex on the street I would want to befriend him long enough for him to give me a legitimate response on "Why?"; "Why?" in reference to - not actually playing music, trying to mock trent reznor's rage in destroying equipment (Watch the laptop destruction video ), explain KoRn on stage, did Paul Tollet know about that move? Why does he feel the need to react when the trolls beckon him? Now that he has reached stardom as a "musician" will he try to rape the acting/film industry next? Will he return to Emo rock if that shoots back into mainstream again and dubstep shrivels away. Basically calling out everything discussed about him and predicted about him, not suck his dick and say he's the dark prince of EDM. Most of the articles on him just say people hate it, but I'd like to discuss with him on the specifics of why people hate him and hear him voice it. Hence why I'd have to befriend him a little bit, gotta coax the turd out of the asshole to see why it smells so bad.

He started off in screamo band "From First to Last" as lead vocalist, left, did some solo work as Sonny Moore, then decided to experiment with electro and some dubstep beats/synths and got popular. So popular, he got asked by deadmau5 to sign to his record label.

He uses a lot of dubstep-like beats, but his music is mainly brostep and complextro. Every artist has their own unique style, as does Skrillex... some hate it, some like it... but there really isn't the need for this thread. Nobody gives a flying fuck whether you hate Skrillex or not, and nobody ever will. You (the reader), have your own musical tastes, likes/dislikes, but nobody cares about them at all. Your taste is yours, keep it to yourself and don't create a 56 page thread bitching about why exactly you dislike Skrillex.
