July 1-3 in London's massive (and dusty) Hyde Park

Pulp is confirmed to headline Sunday, and no other names are confirmed yet. The Chemical Brothers and Linkin Park are playing the Main Square Festival fest in France that weekend, so maybe they are the headliners of the other two days? Daft Punk and Eminem are rumored, but, well, we all know how well Daft Punk rumors turn out.

It is not always dusty, I assure you. If we have some rain in the build up to the festival it'll be a glasto style mudbath.

The lineups for this can be quite random and the bands tend to get pretty short sets.

I'm hoping the Serpentine Sessions have some good stuff on this year (normally in Hyde Park the 3 days before Wireless).

Looks like Arcade Fire are doing Hyde Park on the 30th June, so I'd expect to see them at Glasto for sure.

More acts for the Pulp day will be announced next week. Hopefully some good stuff with all the inevitable crap since I'll be camped at the main stage.

The downside is the most I'd pay for it is half price (as I can get 2 for 1 tickets already through Barclaycard).
