    Default 2 new albums that have nothing to do with each other

    Battles - Mirrored and Feist - The Reminder

    Battles if fuckin weird...but that's what they do. Very cool stuff...a little more upbeat and straight forward than the 2 EPs they put out. They also have a singer now, but his voice is so fucked with that it's more of an instrument.

    Feist is pretty good. It's a lot more upbeat than Let It Die and I'm only halfway through. I enjoy it.

    I have recently discovered Battles my self and I absolutely LOVE it.
    Being a Helmet fan I have always thought of Stanier as one of the most influential drummers around, its nice to see/hear him around again.

    yeah...and the way Stanier plays with Battles is so much different than with Helmet...it's very cool

    Can't find a download anywhere, but listening to Battles on Myspace and I like it, I like it alot. Big Helmet fan also.
