I remember some bands posting their set time pretty early last year. My guess is the higher billed acts already know their set times.

From EZ in August. This show was insane... Their sound control was better than any electronic act I've ever seen. In the Sahara with surround, it will be incredible.

The Chemical Brothers are 2nd line. What was Portugal. the Man? 7th? 8th? I wouldn't be surprised if the Brothers know their set time already.

I'd assume that they already know 1) what stage they are playing; 2) what length of set they are being given, since there is a rumor of having a new live set including different visuals. They will need to know what the environment/space is like as well as their set run time, well in advance, in order to give us something special.

Playing for 90 minutes almost certainly puts them in the Sahara (let's face it guys, Kings of Leon are closing the main stage), and there is usually a ~10:00-11:30 slot before the Sahara closing act. Let's stop worrying about whether those times are exactly right and start speculating who will follow them.

'Tis no rumor. I was supposed to go to their show last week in Paris but didn't end up going and I'm kicking myself now that I see all the youtubes of the show sprouting.

Mind you, I was lucky enough to have seen them four separate times last year and can vouch for the differences in production.

I remember last year everyone was freaking out if Orbital would conflict with Gorillaz, Jonsi, or Thom Yorke.

Now that they're against KOL no one is freaking out but there are some acts that could split the group. One being I can see The Black Keys being 10-11. Also Cee-Lo and Ms. Hill may get late night sets.

Other than that I don't see many non-Sahara acts that can split the GLOruption group up.

Not sure if its been mentioned yet, but pretty much all the events listed on their Facebook page say 10:00-11:30. I wouldn't too much stock into it. Besides, why wouldn't they be the last act to go on? They'll have the biggest stage setup by far.
