So you can pay twice as much for a fancier book with some images?

Saw the thread and thought it was a last minute add...now I feel awful. Did end up pre-ordering the blu-ray through Amazon though.

Just watched my Don't Think DVD today and it really captures their live show well and brought me back to their Coachella performance, I'd recommend picking it up. It was great being able to see all the stuff they couldn't play at Coachella due to the shortened set. I am a little sad knowing that no EDM will even come close to that this year.

That's correct and it pisses me off. I really wanted that hard bound book but I think I'd rather have the better video quality. Getting the blu ray tomorrow.

^ Sir, I hope you're at Weekend 1, so that I may pass on energies of positivity your way. Reading this post was some of the best news I got today: Being able to buy this on Blu ray, and the girl at Amoeba made me even happier saying they were open till 11pm.

Sucks about the no blu ray for limited edition, I would rather much have the blu ray though than a fancy book, seeing the quality and hearing the sound of a blu ray concert is what having a blu-ray player is about (your welcome sony)

The DVD was such an awesome purchase. Watched it last night and blew away my friends. Got to tell them that its pretty much what I saw at Coachella and some of what I saw in Oakland. Such a great movie capturing the world's greatest electronic act on one of their best tours yet.

I want to watch it to get me in the festival spirit but I think I will save for a special occasion down the line. The theater that i saw it in seriously went low on the volume and think it will sound better at home.

Cd goes in my car though. So happy they made this come true.

Finally listening to this today. "Swoon / Star Guitar" magically transported me back to Coachella last year.

I gotta say, every time I watch "Don't Think", I find myself wanting to punch Caleb Followill in the face. Why couldn't they have had two weeks in 2011? That issue was probably one of the reasons they went down the Doublechella road in the first place. That and the all mighty dollar. I can't get past the fact that we missed out on 25 extra minutes of the Chems thanks to these clowns.

Anyhoo, the Don't Think DVD is seriously a work of art. Adam Smith did a fantastic job blending the crowd with the visuals.

    Help!

The Leaving Home/Galvanize live track is good... but I think that the Swoon/Star Guitar track is perfection. Everyone I have introduced Chemical Brothers to goes crazy for that live track.

Also the remixes are alright but I think Chemical Brothers have enough amazing tracks of their own that can make up a beginner's compilation.

Some other tracks that have really gotten attention from people that I've introduced the Chems to are:
    Saturate
    Under The Influence
    Out of Control
    Another World
    Believe
    Hey Boy Hey Girl

Kind of a long shot but I am planning a trip to Colombia for both the Chemical Brothers DJ sets in September. Would anyone else happen to be taking the trek down there?
