There were sounds in this film that I never heard them play live before. Little elements that are probably buried away on their albums somewhere underneath all of the layers of magic that they brought to the forefront with the 7.1 surround.

Im upset about the location of the premier in nyc. You could tell that the sound was spotless but the speakers in the theater couldnt even handle the movie on low volume. I kinda wish i went to see it in imax.

They stopped the movie and turned on the lights. 2 Arclight employees came out and waited for the boos to stop. Once that happened and we could hear them, they asked for us to please go back to our seats. Everyone did. The movie was rewound a little. Some people yelled "Turn it up!" and they did. People were still moving in their seats. There was cheering and clapping through the remainder of the movie. Good times.

Wouldn't be the first concert film not released on DVD...



Plus the fact that the trailer says "In Cinemas Only".

All the being said, I still am definitely expecting a DVD release eventually, but I do understand people asking/wondering if it's gonna happen.

If you had at least taken a look at the very first post, you would have noticed that this thread was created over a year ago when the Chemical Brothers were scheduled to play Caochella in 2011.
