That's a nice little set, I'm feeling that. But I would love to hear something off of Unplugged, especially "Mystery of Iniquity"

i am just going to warn anyone interested in her set to not get too amped or choose ms. hill if you are conflicted. i am good friends with her dj, who toured with her around the world in 2010. ive heard nothing but nightmare stories, amongst reading several terrible reviews from her recent shows here in nyc. choose wisely my friends...the link below is for only 1 article

Cannot wait. But I too, will put a minute-limit on how long I wait. Learned my lesson with Sly Stone.

I am incredibly stoked to see Ms. Lauryn Hill. She doesn't really come around very often. Plus, it would be quite refreshing to hear what true R&B/hip hop sounds like again.

If I didn't already know this was going to be a train wreck I would be a lot more pumped for it. Still going to be there though pending certain conflicts, mainly being Chem Bros.

I love both, but Pulp would honestly be pretty great and probably not put on a complete shitshow

Just a good chance she'll fuck it up big time.

The reviews aren't good from her recent dates and she is still making audiences wait. I would be shocked if she plays on time, I will be surprised if she even actually plays a set. A genius in many respects but a flawed performer. Don't have too many hopes and expectations.

Ever since the Fugees I've been a L. Boogie fan & was all about the miseducation. I was absolutely fucking pumped when I saw "Lauryn Hill" on the RTB flier that I decided to purchase my ticket based upon my excitement.

I watched & enjoyed a lot of acts, but she was my main purpose in going. When she finally started I was vibe'n that shit hard. 10 minutes into it I felt let down beyond belief. I walked away & didn't finish watching her. It fucking sucked so hard. No part of her performance that night was anything like any of the music I had ever heard. I'm probably gonna give her a 2nd chance at Coachella but if its anything like RTB I'm done with her.

this post makes me feel a whole lot better about breaking my toe & not being able to go. i am only really familiar with her earlier work too. i had a live version of a redemption song cover she did with whatever marley she's dating that wasn't so hot. just say no to fakin' jamaican.

If she shows up on time and feels like it, she might put on an amazing show.

If I were betting money on it, I'd say she's at least 30 minutes late and doesn't give a shit.

I waited in line for about 3 hours in Vegas. She came for the sound-check but did not stick around for all of us that waited in line. Then in NY recently she made people wait 4 hours and told them "she is worth the wait". Her voice is not what it used to be. She is one hot mess and Coachella should avoid her at all costs. She should also be thanking white people for buying her first record and apologizing to black people for acting a fool.

Lauryn Hill's fans "stomped out" from her Atlanta concert

    Source: (CNS) Reporter: Anne Lu
Location: Atlanta, GA, United States Published: January 18, 2011 07:34 am EST
Topics: Arts, Culture And Entertainment, Music

Lauryn Hill made her fans "stomped out" of her Atlanta concert Friday. When the 35-year-old ex-Fugees singer showed up three hours late to the sold-out event and "confused" and "underwhelmed" her audience, some of them had enough of her behavior and left the show early.
    clearpxl

Aside from arriving late, Hill apparently declared that she was tired of "playing the same music night after night" during the concert at the Center Stage in Atlanta so she performed remixes of some of her classics while urging her fans to participate.

However, "Nobody could participate because NOBODY knew the music!" a concertgoer told entertainment blog Sandrose, via theboombox.com. "Everybody was looking around like 'WHAT SONG IS THIS????[sic]"

The fans were further infuriated when instead of hearing her sing, the music from the band actually drowned out the multiple Grammy winner's vocals.

According to theboombox.com, some of the fans had had enough with her antics. They reportedly booed her before leaving the venue early.

The source said, "They didn't walk out – they stomped out!"

Hill was also three hours late at her concert at The Pageant Concert Nightclub in St. Louis on Sunday.

Oh God. This has disaster written all over it. I remember reading a year or two ago that many people in her inner circle feared she was suffering from mental health issues; hopefully she's okay.

Very excited to see her finally. With all the negatives said about recent performances, I am optimistic that she is going to bring her voice that day. I would lose it if it somehow became a part acoustic set where she played a lot from the live double cd. Not realistic, but I am atleast hoping she doesnt go screamo like RTB. "Oh Jerusalem", "Mystery of Iniquity", "I Find it Hard to Say(Rebel)" all done slowly, would amaze people i think.
