Well originally I was thinking the National would get the sunset slot on the main stage, but given that Duran Duran is a big name, along with the Strokes/Kayne, perhaps National are getting sunset on the Outdoor while Duran Duran on the main stage? I dunno for sure, but I suspect both National and Duran Duran are playing at sunset or later, and there is only three slots on the main stage at that point.

It's fair to assume that none of the first three acts listed each day are going to conflict with each other.

there's no reason to think KOL/Black Keys/Interpol, AF/AC/Mumford, or Kanye/Strokes/Duran will conflict even if it seems like there wouldn't be much of an overlap in their fan base.

I'd be surprised if The National plays the Outdoor at sunset again, same as 2008. Maybe before Duran Duran on the Main or after dark on the the Outdoor.

I'm afraid Arcade Fire (Main), Animal Collective (Outdoor), Paul Van Dyk/Steve Angello (Sahara), and Scissor Sisters (Mojave) will all close off Saturday. Biggest conflict ever.

Nope, Animal Collective is going on the mainstage before Arcade Fire. (It's been confirmed to me personally). So don't worry about that.

I don't see why it wouldn't be surprising to see The National play the exact same slot and place as 2008, they wouldn't be the first band to come back to Coachella, get a higher billing, and play a similar slot.

I would think Mumford and Songs on the outdoor against Animal Collective on the main would be the best choice if your going that way.

Well last year the outdoor shut down for Muse and Gorillaz so I think that trend will continue this year for Arcade Fire and Kanye.

if there is a conflict between any of those 4 (AF, AC, Mum, Bright), the one that seems the most likely is AC vs. MUM (or maybe that is just my preferred scenario)
