On the way in, some people needed coffee. There was the shuttle from the campgrounds to the Raplh's. Lots of people needed lots of supplies.

This story about my getting into the photo pit for Devo was in the first picture thread i made for 2010:

Devo....got an embarrassing story with this one. i get there after the first song and the crowd is too thick to get to an entrance to the photo pit on the right (facing stage). So i go to the left and it's the same deal. Big guy in a blue security shirt sees me and asks what's going on. i tell him i'm gonna miss the 3 songs for the photo pit, but it is what it is. He says "Follow me." and proceeds to make his way through a thick crowd. i feel like a tool. Halfway i tap him and say "Forget it. Let's go back." He's like "No, we're close." (this is all happening back stage, btw) He eventually gets me to a metal rail and says "Hop over." i ask him to hold my camera, get over, he gives me my camera and i am in a corner with no immediate escape. There is another rail creating a triangle with the speaker that's in front of me and i can not slide through any gap. Yellow security by the stage sees me and is baffled as to how i got there. "Your boss brought me here!" He tells me i can't stay there which i am fully aware. He tells me to crawl over the speaker. i ask him to hold my camera, crawl over and start taking pictures of Devo from a very crowded photo pit. The end.

OH...i have noticed some of my pictures being used for ebay sales. NO! You can not use them for that AT ALL. In ANY situation where $$$ or credit (yes, blogs) are involved, you have to ask me first if it's cool. For ebay auctions, i will say "no". Don't use them. i am reporting every one i catch. Hopefully that makes your sale complicated instead of easy. All these images fall under a copyright. Please don't make me start watermarking them.

Say you want to use it for your desktop. As long as there is no $$$$ involved, cool.

They aren't trying to sell the pictures. They are using them in their descriptions to sell over priced tickets on ebay. If some guy wants to try and sell 2 vip tickets for 3899.00, go right ahead, but don't use my werk to do help sell it. That one pisses me off because i reported it to ebay for copyright infringement initially because he was using my Jack Johnson crowd shot with the red and blue spot lights. He took it down and just put up another one of mine. Grrrrrrrr!
