My friends and I do a keeper league. Sometimes long-time managers drop out. New blood get assigned old teams. It's not as good as being there from the beginning but we can always find people to play so if they don't like it they go elsewhere.

The draft is the draft. You can't mess with that or you have nothing.

You should easily be able to find two people who want in even if it's with a pre-drafted team. People who couldn't make the draft or didn't see this thread until it was too late.

This weekend I missed the draft (via Google Spreadsheets) in my longtime keeper league. Well, I missed the stuff that happened fully live with most everyone there. With the Google Spreadsheet we were able to do the first 5 or 6 rounds before then, though.

To make up for it (sort of) I just signed up for a backwards league. Or a suck league, as they're calling it.

According to the point system, the following are the best and worst players from last year:

Ronny Cedeno = 1384
Albert Pujols = -1854

Carlos Silva = 1390
Johan Santana = -1028

It should be fun. It's been a long time since I've done such a league in any sport.
