flea and I looked into it, but there isn't a ton that is within walking distance, and generally speaking you need to be organized with money up front. I'm probably just sticking with the hotel. I liked the troubletree.

There was nothing in walking distance on VRBO when I looked last year, only driving distance. I'm with Heidi on this one, troubletree was pretty perfect for me.

The Ren Center, while being close, is supposedly pretty shitty...

I briefly chilled in a mariott room and it was pretty badass. Nice view ect, and i recall the price being reasonable. Def a step up from the doubletree in terms of quality and location. In and outs with a room next door sounds great.
