Since it got colder, i have been slacking on my swimming (something i adopted when my left wrist went haywire...can't do a decent push up without pain). Time to take it indoors at that gym i never visit.
I should have taken advantage of the pool at my parents' house this summer/fall. Such a good workout.

I am considering a similar commitment. not the losing pounds part, though, I'd disappear. I'm waiting until after the holidays though. december is too much fun.
You fat, filthy sluts are gonna need this.

I like how you edited your original post to include "fat."

Oh and if you are coy, omit the first digit. My scale says I’m 22 lbs.
190 pounds. Glad I have four months.

182 last i checked. Hopefully get that to 175 or less.
168.4 currently. (Sharing my weight doesn't bother me. It's not like people can't tell how much I weigh by looking at me.) I'd be pleased with 20 pounds by April. Working the new Weight Watchers plan. I'll keep y'all posted.
We need a Coachella edition of The Biggest Loser.
I should lose a little weigh actually. I gained back half of what I lost when I was in Europe. No bueno.
would love to get fit and all that but yeah, old habits die hard

Unfortunately, this is all too true. For starters, I am going to give those negative habits the finger. I'm kicking beer, all fried food and caffeine to the curb at the beginning of the new year. I hope that'll be a springboard, along with a workout regimen that'll eventually shed some of my current rotundness.
I hope to lose 20 lbs by Coachellatime.
Good luck, all. If you're like me, you'll need it.

I'd love to be successful in shedding some weight before the festival. Would definitely give me greater stamina so I'm not dragging so much ass at the end of each night & all of Sunday especially. Think my best bet would be to stop drinking but don't honestly think that's very feasible.
I want to lose 15 more pounds. I'm at 185 right now

It's been about 4 years since I've maintained below 200 for more than a month. It felt great, and I've not progressed a whole lot since then because of finals and thanksgiving, but the fact that I'm not gaining weight right back is encouraging.
I think I finally decided I was just plain tired of looking at my gut all the time. I haven't been truly fit in about 10 years, and I'd like to get back into that point before I apply for Air Force JAG, so I've really got something to work for now.
