dude, the setup for BOC starts the night before. The whole block is being sectioned off and gated, entry line gates need to be set up, art, art cars, bars, etc.

you might need to sort out your NYE plans without Mighty.

When did Mighty say this? Is this straight from Derek or someone else? The only thing they've said in the past is they might do another little roller disco thing but they don't have the time to do a huge NYE blast, with a headliner, and stay open significantly past midnight. The place will be set up for BOC. This aint rocket surgery.

OK but Sean's own staff, the BOC staff, and just about everyone else is in the dark about it so it's likely not going be something huge. Probably something just enough to make a few bucks and then close no later than 2AM.

so it seems they are searching for a potential event but haven't found anything yet. They don't already have something that's just not announced yet.
