Honestly, weed. If you have a chance eat a brownie or smoke some and just play your favorite album. When you're high you can hear the different sounds apart from each other.

I have dropped three times and rolled three times in my life
the third time I dropped was at Massive Attack and Thievery at The Greek and it was fucking incredible. That being said I'm very glad I decided to test my ability's before going into a concert environment.
Wheras with rolling my first time was at Chemical Brothers at The Fox and it was great, if anything huge crowds can provide a really great group vibe that you won't see coming in my experience with rolling.
I'd also say that if you're nervous about doing it at a festival then try bringing a couple points of molly to bump, instant release of tons of seretonin that can basically take away any down you might be feeling
I can't wait to flip for the first time this coachella though, should be great

yea i did this year and it was perfect. found some mescaline this year too and ate it pretty early. day tripping is the best. i had a wicked day on saturday.
