Me and two of my friends are stuck. What are people doing for places to sleep? Are there other camping grounds anywhere near Indio (don't mind driving 20-30 minutes outside, or further if necessary)? Do people sleep in cars?

Because I'm obviously not the first person in this situation. Any ideas?
