Damn. Oh well.
Why is there always so much obviously fake "news" about Daft Punk? And why do fans fall for it time and time again? Simple solution: if it doesn't come straight from them, don't buy it.
Daft Punk and Kraftwerk are both frustrating in their lack of missives. I suppose if there is nothing to report, nothing to say. Still...
Think I'll feed the fire on this one. Roskilde, primervera, Glastonbury, OyafestivAlen tour dates for next year.

Daft Punk/ Junior Kimbrough Saint Laurent Fashion Show Mix
The music mix for the show featured the late blues artist Junior Kimbrough (The main influence on the Black Keys), and was created by French electronic-music duo Daft Punk, who have been old friends of Hedi Slimane‘s for years.

Daft Punk can't play Coachella......................
because they're playing at my haus-eh.
If Daft Punk indeed plays Coachella 2013, do you guys think this thread will disappear from the first page?
I think this is the oldest thread to appear on the first page of any sub-forums on coachella.com.
I thought that thickets one (2010) was older but this is from 2007!

1. Run to a nice patch of grass on the fields and lay face down.
2. Tilt your head ninety degrees with your forehead temple resting on your forearm and watch people through the vision pocket right underneath your armpit hair.
3. Do this for a few hours until you get comfortable.
A Daft Punk thread containing 'nothing of substance'. How bout that.
i think you forget.. or maybe you aren't old enough to remember... but Daft Punk was in constant rotation on KROQ here in the 90s. The rock fans will watch. The rap fans will watch. They will draw as big a crowed as any you have ever seen at Coachella.
Whenever it does happen.
Coachella 07 (the introduction), 08 (the bands), 09 (the documentary), 10 (the people i came with), 11 (the relationship test... we passed), 12 (whatever the weather, Dirty Epic forever), 13 (taking the good with the bad)
- PEARL JAM WHY YOU HATE COACHELLA? -
Yeah, I agree with Coachella Bound. They didn't become a big-name act after this whole "EDM" explosion/resurgence in the mainstream, they were a big-name before that. So I don't really see why it would be a reason for "EDM" fans to celebrate, other than to celebrate the fact that Daft Punk is back. And yes, when they do play next year, the size of the crowd at the main stage is going to be insane.
