I think the pricing is very fair considering it's 4 days and the ticket price includes camping, service fees, etc with Livenation's all in pricing.
Heh, I just read the last page, the thought of boaderwoozel at DEMF is amusing. It's like Harry Potter in San Quentin.
Someone wrote this on another message board, is there even any probability of this? I don't recall but does Sasquatch ever have acts that are playing Primavera?
Pulp will be opening for Foo Fighters at Isle of Wight on June 11th. Does that make them more likely to hop on the magical flight from Primavera to Sasquatch to play with Foo Fighters before going to England of Isle of Wight? Or would making two cross-Atlantic trips in a week and a half make them 0% likely to be there?
I just hope they stay together and this isn't just another brief reunion to get a few big paychecks and then split again. Hope they enjoy the shows and they keep at it and record a new album and continue touring. That is also our best bet for them to actually play here.
It sounds like another Blur cash grab. But this time, just straight out saying they wont play the U.s. on top of it.
Mark your calendars. The rest of the Sasquatch lineup is scheduled to be release February 7th.
Yes. It's definitely not hard to get to or out in the middle of nowhere.
Makes me wonder if adding the Friday was the only way FF would play Sasquatch in 2011.
FF play Sain Sunday at the earliest, since Saturday would be way to hard logistically.
Pavement wasn't horrible... they were Pavement. Their songs aren't ever going to be pristine live (I'm not sure that would even be -good- if they were). The Sasquatch show was exactly what I wanted from them... it just didn't make me feel like I need to rush out and see them again if they ever tour again.

Pavement owes me 3 Massive Attack songs. Boring bastards.

Four Tet - 3/1 - The Mohawk
SXSW - 3/7 - 3/16
Mogwai - 4/24 - Emo's

It's okay, Pavement and MA are boring as sh!t anyway. And yes, I have seen them live. Both of them twice and Pavement was much better in '95.

I check in for the first time in months, and...Foo Fighters? Four days? Shit.
Is that a positive or negative? I can see it both ways. Personally its a negative.
Let me be clear. It sucks that it's four days because I have to get another day off work if there's anybody worth seeing besides FF on Friday, and it sucks that Foo Fighters are headlining Friday because Foo Fighters are dad rock.
