I had such an amazing time this year. Blew Coachella 2010 out of the water in terms of vibe/atmosphere/crowd. Hopefully I can make it back in 2011.

Wild Horse: best festival camping spot ever. I seriously want to go back, but I'm also toying with the idea of going to DEMF. It will depend on the line-up.

Agreed. I don't think I ever want to stay in the main campgrounds.

I'm sure Movement is great, but I think I'd go with Sasquatch 9 out of 10 times. I love electronic music, but I like variety when it comes to festival line-ups. Sasquatch has almost every genre covered. It's pretty much Coachella's little brother.

Funny, the headlining sets weren't packed at all. It was really easy for me to move around.

I think there was probably 5 people at Ween. Everyone else was in the tent for Boys Noize(who killed it.)

LCD Soundsystem, Vampire Weekend, and MGMT easily drew the most people.

Truth. In terms of draw, these three were the headliners. I think Vampire Weekend had the biggest crowd of the entire weekend though.

Also, I hope the line up sucks this year, because I won't be able to make it.

Agreed, but I doubt they'll have another lineup as excellent as this year's. Or I'm trying to tell myself that cuz I can't go.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go to this instead of Coachella this year. Much more affordable and it's high time I tried a different fest.

I watched both Vampire Weekend and MGMT from the hill and I thought they had an equal amount of people watching.

I was in the very front for LCD so I can't comment on the size of the crowd.

I think more specifically chia said the only way she would go to Sasquatch was if Massive Attack headlined, then when they did she was like, "shit. Here I go!"

The crowd behind us was irrelevant until All My Friends. Then they all just made an amazing show even more amazing.

    Thanks, Sasquatch crowd.

My best guess for headliners would be Interpol, The Black Keys(they seem like they could headline a festival of this size now), and maybe a big name DJ(Chemical Bros, Underworld, something along those lines).

The Black Keys would be great too.

As cool as an edm headliner would be Sasquatch isn't really that kind of party.

Also, goddammit, it begins. I'd love to catch a Twin Shadow gig and this almost certainly means that tour is getting pulled out of the city. This shit happens every year; Yeah Yeah Yeah's, LCD, Interpol, Massive Attack... the list never stops...

Perhaps not as a headliner... but I think a Chemical Brothers' set would be packed. I mean, look at how much love Booka Shade, Boys Noize, and The Fiver got this year.

Actually, SF to Seattle is usually more expensive than you'd think. Maybe if you get it far in advance...

Edit: they're $213 + fees, right now. So prices are lower than usual.

Went the last two years and had a blast. Since we don't live in Seattle anymore, we won't be going this year. We''ll have to content ourselves with a trip to Hawai'i instead.

Strange. Figured it would be cheaper than that. A plane ticket from Arizona wasn't that much more...

Surely this was the first year I watched all three headliners and all put on fantastic sets. In 2009 you had Ben Harper and Kings of Leon. You can have them. I left early.

Since the promoters are unlikely to improve upon the food, here's hoping they take care of the Bigfoot Stage's unconscionable sound issues. They damn near ruined Miike Snow for us last year.
