1) Who the fuck is Nicki Minaj?
2) Who is Drake?
3) What does "Gucci Mane" mean?
4) What does "Waka Flocka Flame" mean? Why are all of those words together?
1) Annoying female MC. Lil' Kim rip-off. Great verse on Kanye's "Monster" (which apparently he helped her with.)
2) Drake is everything I hate about rap right now. He's basically the Justin Timberlake of hip hop.
3) No fucking clue.
4) No fucking clue.

Drake was on Degrassi acting as Jimmy Brooks. The only black guy on the show, and of course he gets shot. But dont worry, he still has dreams:

Nicki Minaj has a song with Robin Thicke called "Shakin' it For Daddy."
Excuse me, it's "Shakin' it 4 Daddy."

"Any encounter with Nicki Minaj will arouse a heightened sense that there is more to her than meets the eye and inspire the desire to experience this modern day "Wonder Woman" Nicki Minaj - the name alone appeals to the decadence within us all. Whoever thinks that you can't "have your cake and eat it too" has obviously not met Nicki. The surname Minaj is the metaphor which underscores Nicki's empowerment to have it all and do it all! Her "Wonder Woman" characteristics are embodied in the three facets of Nicki Minaj. The three elements that comprise this modern day "Wonder Woman" are Nicki the Ninja, Nicki the Harajuku Barbie and Nicki the Boss. Nicki the Ninja is a hip hop lyrical assassin, which is sometimes naughty. Nicki the Harajuku Barbie accentuates the qualities of an imaginative, fun, coquettish girly girl- fashionista...that loves all things pink. This is also the muse who ignites the transformation of Nicki's performances as an R&B/Pop singer and future Rock Star Icon. Nicki the Boss- the ingenious austere business woman that always thinks outside of the box. Most importantly, this boss lady is never afraid to assert herself."

Based of my experience with them, mixtape is basically an album, but they are usually not as fully produced as an LP would be, rely much more heavily on sampling other songs than an album would have, and thus are usually offered for free.
Wale's The Mixtape About Nothing is an awesome Seinfeld-themed mixtape that actually has Julia Louis-Dreyfuss appearing on it

Nicki Minaj.
I would also like to know the answer to question 4.
Yeah, mixtapes for the most part don't feature original production. MC's rap over previously used beats.

I didn't know the mixtape question was serious. Mixtapes are how rappers get their name out in the streets. After having some good mixtapes out and the word gets around, then they might get signed to a major label. They're in the slim jewel cases instead of the bigger, more expensive standard ones. I wouldn't say they're usually offered for free Drinkey. Everyone always wants something.
4) "Waka Flocka Flame" is an onomatopoeic representation of the sound a firearm makes when loaded, cocked, and fired.
Mixtapes are on previously used beats for the most part. They are used to showcase your talents in hopes of getting a record deal.
looks like snookie and rosie o'donnel's baby.
It saddens me what Lil' Kim has done to her face. It's borderline Michael Jackson type of work.
And Kim is always good stuff, but I'm loving Nicki at the moment.
Wiki disagrees:
Both theories, however, are equally retarded. The name "Waka" was given to him by his cousin, after the Muppets character Fozzie Bear's catch phrase, "Waka Waka". The name "Flocka Flame" was given to him by rapper Gucci Mane.
^That's fucking scary. (the photo, not MJA's comments)
Is the Mane after Gucci just "man" spelled so you pronounce it like a rapper from the south? Akin to "mang" in Scarface.
