whoa. whoa. whoa.
uh huh. i'll upload it now.
wish the sound were a little better, but what a perfect choice for a cover
here ya go
I'm brightening it up a bit in after effects right now. but I'm new to it, so i'm trying to figure out how to export it without making it a 12 gb file.
fantastic video. I haven't used After Effects in awhile, but when you're exporting it, there should be an option to choose a compression codec.

hah, i sent it to pitchfork. I've seen them put up way shittier videos with worse sound. I just think it'd be cool if one of my videos got like thousands of views or something.
did you just sent it to the tipline?
*based upon tedious fact checking.
i just sent it to 3 of the email addresses in the contact info
AHH!! They are going to post it!!! YES! hahaha
That's great, congrats!

Clumsy, nice vid! As for the show, what an absolute shit job yet again by the Wonder Ballroom! This is the last time I go there for anything. I was very pissed at the whole thing. Deerhunter did well with what they could of course and I don't blame them for being agitated about the sound.
Besides Deerhunter, I have seen Jesus & Mary Chain and Dinosaur Jr. at the Wonder and they fucked those up as well. To those that visit Portland and find yourself wanting to catch a live show, do yourself a favor and try and avoid the Wonder Ballroom if you can.
That's fucking rad, clumsy. I can't believe they covered that too!

They covered 30th Century Man and played what seemed like 7 songs off of Halcyon Digest tonight. Fucking fantastic.
That version of Fluorescent Grey was maniacal.
Any Casino Vs Japan merch being sold on this tour?
So so excited for tomorrow night. I'm not sure any friends are coming with me... who shall I see? Chris and Bryan, who else?
That is awesome that they played Octet, I would be stoked to hear that again. Fluorescent Grey would be cool too though, so I guess it doesn't matter to much, I'm just happy to see them again.
I expect the list of people going to be pretty long.
I'll be there.
First band goes on at 9, from what I hear. Which means MNF at the Blue Palms next door prior. Although I probably won't get there until around 9.
Edit: And words can't describe how excited I am for tomorrow. My love affair with this band is at its peak right now.

Present.
"It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge"
I'll be there on time for C vs J.
Don't sleep on the openers, guys.
I'm pretty excited for tonight.
Sadly I won't be there after all. I have work tomorrow, and I don't feel like driving back to indio at midnight to have to wake up at 5:30 am to make it to work on time.
