I finally caved in and watched 2 videos, this video is fuckin awesome and now i really CAN'T FUCKIN WAIT!!!

Wow! I watched some of this just to see the capabilities of the sphere and they look way better than that V-mirror crap I saw recently lol

I haven't purchased my ticket yet (should get it some time next week) but I plan on going. Even if I don't go, you guys are welcome to come over before/after the show. I live 7 minutes away, 10 min max, from downtown disney.

This is true, his outdoor stage performance at coachella '99 (no visuals/hypemen and during daylight) was with out a doubt my favorite set the whole weekend.

Yea, I expected a lot more visually and he came through musically so the night wasn't a complete fail. I've never seen Shadow before so I get awesomeness topped with a fucking cherry! Count me in cuz i love maraschino cherries lol.

You didn't catch him in '07? I did not attend Coachella that year but heard he was his usual self, amazing.

I saw him at Treasure Island and I dug his set. I'm not as big a fan as some of you all but I respect the man's talents.

I caught him on '06 when he played the avalon in hollywood. That was a creative stage design with the roof access ladder and all. I'm either hitting his sunset show or the anaheim show. Depends if I want to see underworld back to back nights...

Did anyone get Citi 2 for 1 tix for the Anaheim show through ticketmaster?
I can get Sunset Citi 2 for 1, but I live in SD and ain't no way I'm getting up to Sunset on Halloween night (I lived in LA for 6 years, so I'm well aware of traffic situations). Maybe they ran out of their allotment for that promotion.

Well if I can't get 2 for 1, then can I buy tix at my local HOB in SD instead?

As far as the box office goes I would suggest calling them and asking if they sell tickets for the Anaheim HOB. When I went to the Anaheim HOB Box Office I am pretty sure they only sold tickets for Hollywood and their location.

For anyone who cares about who comes on before Shadow, it's Pigeon John. I'll probably end up there a little earlier to catch his set. Maybe not though since parking is free under 3 hours and shadow will probably go on at 10:00 and off at 12:00. Get there at like 9:30 and you're good.

The downtown disney parking is free as long as you don't park there for longer than 3 hours.

Sweet, I haven't been to a show at the House of Blues in Anaheim in about 5 years so I was unsure if parking was free for shows or only for 3 hours like downtown disney usually is.

They changed it now, they kinda figured out that it wasnt worth the trouble to try and charge all those people.

Pretty sweet. Musically this guy is a genius, but that's probably nothing you didn't already know. The sphere is snazzy canvas-covered wood frame with four projectors. Two on the sphere, and two on the backdrop. The visuals are great, you might have trouble with it at times if you're prone to motion sickness... And he plays a few banging new tracks that are set to appear on his forthcoming album. It was my first time seeing DJ Shadow and I left impressed. Absolutely worth the price of admission.

Phenomenal show. Groundbreaking visual show that I haven't seen the likes of since Daft Punk in 06. 3D projected images at times. The set was a series of live remixes of all his greats. Many of which were DnB remixes. It will be very difficult to blow my fuse like that again.

If you park there longer than 3 hours, you have to get your parking stub validated at HOB (I work at downtown disney, literally right next to the venue).

I can't go... They cut my hours and I felt it this check, especially with rent due. I'm literally down the street from the venue so if anyone wants to pregame/chill/crash at my place hit me up.

I haven't checked out ticket prices but I think I am going to this last minute, I'll definitely hit you up if I do.
